Russell Update

No foolin' here; Russell is tons better!! Well enough to run and trip and kiss the concrete to have a delightfully looking scab around his nose.

He bravely took "yucky" tasting medicine twice a day. Thank heaven for Hershey's syrup to make chocolate milk to wash the taste out. It saved us.

We went to the doctor yesterday. Russell was suspicious about what type of torture we would put him under. I assured him they would only look at his ears and listen to his lungs. He warily eyed the doctor as Eliza called out "hi . . . hi . . . hi" in her little voice. His lungs were declared "Clear as a bell." He told me last night as he went to bed that he didn't want to go to the hospital again. I agree!

We are so grateful to have our little Russell back to feeling better. Thank you all so much for your thoughts, concerns and prayers.
